OUR COMMITMENT SINCE 2000

Since its creation in December 2000, OPTIMARC has been an association bringing together independent senior Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), located across all regions of France. Our objective: to pool expertise, ensure transparency, and apply consistent professional practices to optimize the conduct of clinical trials.

Each member maintains full independence while committing to a shared ethical framework, ensuring our clients receive reliable, rigorous, and responsible performance.

A STRONG MISSION

Creation: OPTIMARC was founded in December 2000 by professionals who wished to structure a collaborative approach to clinical studies.

Main mission: to bring together independent senior CRAs in order to offer sponsors, laboratories, and CROs comprehensive support through a unified network — from regulatory submission to monitoring, including site support, training, and overall study coordination.

TRANSPARENT ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE

OPTIMARC operates according to the principles of a truly democratic association :

Annual General Assembly : Reviews the year’s activities, discusses new directions, and elects the members of the Executive Board.

Executive Board: Manages daily operations, oversees the budget and its execution, prepares General Assembly meetings, and implements its decisions.

Ethical Code and Quality Charter: All members adhere to a code of conduct that defines professional obligations, reporting standards, confidentiality rules, and working practices.

Financial transparency: Accounts presented during the General Assembly, budget allocated according to missions, and rigorous management of expenses and resources.
