Formation Loi Jardé et BPC-ICH EC(R2)

L’association OPTIMARC a permis à ses membres de se former sur la loi du 5 mars 2012 dite Jardé, depuis la publication du décret n°2016-1537 du 16 novembre 2016 ainsi que la publication de la révision des Bonnes Pratiques Cliniques ICH E6 (R2).

La formation a eu pour objectif :

· D'analyser en profondeur les textes constitutifs du nouveau cadre réglementaire applicable aux recherches impliquant la personne humaine.

· De s’approprier et anticiper les changements : nouvelles obligations et démarches réglementaires, nouveaux rôles des autorités, etc.

GCP-ICH EC(R2) and Jardé Law Training

Thanks to the OPTIMARC network, the members could be trained in the new legislation dated 05 March 2012 identified as Jardé law, since the publication of the decree n° 2016-1537 dated 16 November 2016, as well as in the updated GCP ICH E6 (R2).

This training was focused on:

· The deep analysis of the texts that constitute the new regulatory framework of the research involving the human person

· The familiarisation with the law and the anticipation of the changes: new rules and regulatory processes, new role of authorities, etc...
