Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD)

Thanks to the OPTIMARC network, their members could be  trained in  the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

This training focused on the following items:

- Better understanding of the issues related to the collection, processing and protection of personal data,

- Identification of the Sponsor’s duties related to the data handled in Clinical Trials,

- Implementation of new procedures and/or update of  our existing procedures to fully comply with the European regulations.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Grâce au réseau OPTIMARC, ses membres ont pu bénéficier d’une formation dédiée au Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD).

Cette formation portait sur les points suivants :

• Une meilleure compréhension des enjeux liés à la collecte, au traitement et à la protection des données personnelles,

• L’identification des obligations du Promoteur concernant les données traitées dans le cadre des essais cliniques,

• La mise en place de nouvelles procédures et/ou la mise à jour de nos procédures existantes afin de garantir une conformité totale avec la réglementation européenne.
